Solar Energy Financing Program Terminated
In July 2024, the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) awarded $156 million in funding to the EIERA, through the Inflation Reduction Act’s Solar For All program. EIERA hired a consultant to design the program, with plans to launch in fall 2025. On Aug. 7, 2025, EPA notified the EIERA that the Solar for All program was terminated nationwide. EIERA will continue looking for opportunities to support energy development in Missouri.
