Request for Proposals – Contractor Services for Home Energy Rebates Programs
The Environmental Improvement and Energy Resources Authority and The Department of Natural Resources’ Division of Energy seek a single qualified contractor to design and implement the Home Energy Rebates Programs. The selected contractor will draft revised full funding applications for the Home Energy Rebates Programs (if such applications require revisions), draft Implementation Blueprints for the Home Energy Rebates Programs, implement these programs, and draft the state’s Market Transformation Plans for these programs, all under the direction of MoDNR-DE. All activities shall be conducted in accordance with the program guidance issued by USDOE (as amended on an ongoing basis) and MoDNR-DE’s funding applications as approved by USDOE.
