Nancy Gibler (Republican)
Nancy is the Vice President of Business Development for the Central Electric Power Cooperative in Jefferson City. She coordinates multiple programs, communicates with diverse audiences and provides support for various organizational goals. Before that, Nancy was the Finance Coordinator for the Missouri Department of Economic Development. Prior to that, she was Adjunct Professor at William Woods University. Nancy was awarded the following certificates: Certified Key Accounts Executive from National Rural Electric Cooperatives Association, KABAT Management Internship Program from Fiber Basics and Certified Splicing Course, Completion of Economic Development Professional Program from the Economic Development Institute, University of Oklahoma, and Completion of Economic Development Finance Professional Training Program from the Economic Development Finance Professional, National Development Council. Nancy is currently the Committee Chair for the Associated Electric Cooperative’s Economic Development Planning, Secretary/Treasurer for Mid-State 8 Electric Cooperatives Member Services Group. She completed the Federal Emergency Management Agency’s NOAA Weather Radio Grant Program for the Prairie Home, Missouri NOOA Weather Radio Tower in 2001, and she is presently Advisor for Mid-State 8 Electric Cooperatives Member Services Group.
